Awful stuff. No age at all.
I see the BBC used a picture of "that tackle" on Ronaldo.

Sorry to hear the sad news.
Regarding BBC's usage of that tackle I wonder if there's some BBC database somewhere flagging that up as noteworthy. Either way, was a great tackle by Samuel, never a penalty.

Sad he was so young. Seemed such a mellow fellow. Wasn't my favourite player but always seemed so casual. Always envied people like him that weren't all wound up. Me I always played more like angry man Paul Robinson.
What could've happened; did.

Awful news. I found myself being thankful that he had dropped his children off. If you suffer catastrophic injuries driving something as big and solid as a Range Rover, it must have been a significant impact and could have been so much worse for his family had it happened 5 minutes earlier. Bless him, he always came across as being a really pleasant bloke in the interviews I saw and he was always consistent for us.

Re: Jlloyd Samuel
Can anyone find a clip from when Jlloyd put in a magnificent tackle on Ronaldo, only for the cheating bastard to go to ground, look up at the ref like a tortured kitten and get awarded a penalty?
Truly awful news. I didn't know that he was back in the country.
RIP

Re: Jlloyd Samuel
The BBC article has a photo of it but can't find a clip.
I don't remember it like that though. In my memory even Ronaldo looked embarrassed by the penalty award. Didn't stop the prick knocking it in mind.
It was as to textbook as you could ever see. Did be shown to kids under the heading "timing".
As for back in the country, he was back in the parish. Player manager at Egerton. Such a shame.

Stranger than strange. The presence of more than normal alcohol in the body might cause some problems with an insurance claim, but the sister's actions really take some explaining? All about money in the end?Prufrock wrote: ↑Mon Nov 25, 2019 5:36 pmI see Jlloyd's family are having a completely normal one:

I think it's just grief, Tango. It's the only thing that makes sense.

Yes, Nicolaldo, quite possibly so. Knowing nothing more and respecting the dead and his famiIy's feelings I can but offer condolences and do the best thing in saying nothing further from ignorance. I'll offer my prayers. R.I.P.nicholaldo wrote: ↑Tue Nov 26, 2019 10:45 pmTANGODANCER wrote: ↑Tue Nov 26, 2019 8:13 pmStranger than strange.
