Really dispirited with that. Could've played overnight and wouldn't have come close to scoring. Blackburn easily the better team in the first 20-30 and - even though we took the game to them in the second half - we're the most toothless team in the league. Super frustrating to lose to a rival. And the penalty - no wait, offside - decision really did me in. Damn.

Teams who look as toothless as that generally end bottom 3. Ameobi is a massive miss. We might have improved the squad but it’s a better league this year - that’s a team up from league 1 beating us.

Started on the back foot. Conceded. As per at home. Blackburn had us on the ropes from the off.
And now a goal drought. Makes the wisdom to let ALF go look even more pathetic, especially when his replacement is used so sparingly and looks shite. But of course, as everyone told me ALF 'had to go' because he 'didn't fit in'
Wildschut, meanwhile, does everything right with his feet and looks good but can't cross to save his life.
I thought Lowe was immense today.
Also thinking Vela for Williams next game. Change up.

Lost due to an individual error.
Was never going to win as we offered nothing up top.
So annoyed with this club as when it appears all is well we nearly drop into administration, lose our main attacking threat to injury, receive another wind up petition, lose our keeper to injury and the chairman attacks the fans for their opinions.
Just feck off Bolton, go and depress somebody else ffs.

Wildschut was awful as well.
Only Grounds got near him in the dogshit stakes. He can feck off.

FFS can they only play one way - play shit, go in at half time 1 or 2 down and then come out in the second half and start to play ???
WTF does Parky see in Grounds that 12000 others don't -utter, utter shite. Thank God I live 300 miles away and don't feel obliged to go anymore.

Do we know when Taylor is back?

This.officer_dibble wrote: ↑Sat Oct 06, 2018 7:49 pmDoesn’t matter. Play dyer there even in a back 4. Grounds is fecking shite, whether it’s because he isn’t fit or whatever he is dogshit. Hope he never plays for us again.
He's too bad for a team like us to carry. The errors are too massive and his side is targeted by teams as they know he is weak.

If the following is true from Marc Iles then I am lost for words
"Few have asked about #bwfc playing two up front. I put the question to Phil Parkinson, and he said: "We did. Erhun Oztumer is a striker.""

Meh, he’s better than dodge and Donaldson.
Re: Love thy Neighbour...Bolton V Blackburn Sat 6th Oct.17-30
I though Lowe was our best player
Not saying Williams had a bad game but we need a change up and I'd bring Vela back into the fold for a game. And Lowe isn't being dropped any time soon so it's gotta be Williams for me

Come on Parky wouldn't have said that, we are lucky to have him - he's the best manager we've had since 1888....I'm sure every other championship club would have Parky in a heartbeat....only Parky can play football like that.

Oh right, we've replaced ALF with a striker who isn't a striker and a non league hero lol

Just back. Bloody frustrating to lose that. We were easily worth a point but when we're playing to such fine margins and scoring so few, we are going to lose games like that on occasion.
Agree with DSB. We're really not far off but it's such a strong division will it come together in time to save us?
Glad to see Williams got motm. Well deserved

I’m on board with the attacking coach you suggested. We need help in the final third. How is Doidge going to develop from a league two player with no service?Peter Thompson wrote: ↑Sat Oct 06, 2018 8:09 pmCome on Parky wouldn't have said that, we are lucky to have him - he's the best manager we've had since 1888....I'm sure every other championship club would have Parky in a heartbeat....only Parky can play football like that.

Parkinson need to change his playing style at least in Reebok stadium , in our home and you play defensive tactic from the start ,and you concede a goal Parkinson will start thinking about attack why you did not think to attack from the start and then change your tactic , but no Parkinson only have this tactic in his brain play defense and play Kong ball maybe one ball will be dangerous but I don't think because when magennis win a header there is no body moving behind him ,at least Parkinson watch some video for Kevin Davies and see how he is playing when he is head it with back of his head there is Nolan there is diouf there is anelka there is klasinic .
Parkinson thank you for a lot of things but you are destroying your picture when you play like this in Reebok stadium.
