What, no match thread yet?.
It's tomorrow fer'fxck'sake. (Just one more day for me 'til redundancy/retirement: So I'll be happy as Larry, whatever happens. But, I will be there. Pissed, but there).

See, the Rioja formula wouldn't allow such an old match thread to shuffle to the top!

Oldies are best (height of Empire, just won the war, five years before Nat. Magic).

So, Wednesday on Tuesday? Okay, it's Monday, but what's the prediction for it all? I have to stick with the half-full sections, always, but a realistic estimate would be?.......3-0 us....?

Curious club, Wednesday. Like a lot, they have an elevated idea of their status in the way of things. Yeah, you've got a big famous stadium, but so have Queen's Park.
I've no idea how they've been doing this year but my extensive journalistic investigation reveals they're 18th and we could draw level with them by winning. It's not just Big League that's tight at the arse-end.
Statistically they've got the worst defence in the division, we've got the worst attack. Up the other end, they've scored more than second-placed Middlesbrough but fewer than 21st-placed Millwall. Make of that what you will.
Also: they're the fourth-worst home team (W2 D4 L3), we're the 13th-best away team, although largely because we won our first two (since then: DLDLDLD). They've scored first nine times but lost two and drawn two of those; we've scored first six times (W4 D2 L0). On the other hand, we've conceded first in 11 of 18 games - only Ipswich have done it more - and gone on to W0 D2 L9; they're immediately above us in that points-return table of shame with W0 D2 L6. (Only Wigan are below us in average points after going behind: they've done it seven times and lost every one.)

Depends which is more inept, the attacking or defending... given the teams, I'd say a 2-2 is more likely. Which would fit the division, in which 21 games have finished 2-2, compared to 16 0-0s.

Saturdays first half performance has given me hope. Wish I could be going to this, as it is, I'll be tuning in to Radio Tango if it's on air?
2-1 win for us tonight

It will be on red button (sky) or iPlayer (Bwfc app) for a tenner won’t it?

I refuse to be cowed into making a concrete prediction..Harry Genshaw wrote: ↑Tue Nov 27, 2018 2:25 pmWould you steak your reputation on it though?bristol_Wanderer3 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 27, 2018 2:21 pmThey've been in offal form recently. We should have a chance....

It's Sheffield, not Milton Keynesbristol_Wanderer3 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 27, 2018 2:38 pmI refuse to be cowed into making a concrete prediction..Harry Genshaw wrote: ↑Tue Nov 27, 2018 2:25 pmWould you steak your reputation on it though?bristol_Wanderer3 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 27, 2018 2:21 pmThey've been in offal form recently. I'd be on the horns of a dilemma if I tried to predict the score, but I get a certain Friesian when I get it right, so I'll go 2v1 to us. Probably bullocks, but we can't wait for heifer to get a result.

Afraid not mate. But it’s 22 years ago tonight we hammered Spurs at Burnden. May that spirit infuse them and you tonight.Lost Leopard Spot wrote: ↑Tue Nov 27, 2018 5:28 pmAbout to set off... It's fecking pissing it down. Have you got any stats about mud baths and water polo DSB?
