We have 20-22 mins of good play then turn to shit.

What is it with this team?
They're managed by a nice bloke who doesn't know how to manage...
It's not the selection/tactics that's the issue today. He's actually done some homework and got them pressing high forcing Wigan into the long ball over the top. It was working up to the point Hobbs needlessly dived in for a tackle in the box. From this point it went to rat shit.

From my view behind the goal - never a penalty in the memory of man.

Unfortunately I think only one side can go on and win it now

From where the ref is and ball is, Hobbs has gone through the player to get to the ball.

If no contact has been made then the linesperson needs to be helping out.

I'm behind the goal. Hobbs didn't go through the man to get the ball. He got the ball, this ref has been spoiling to give them something. Tide turns on the pen. Up to that point we'd done enough for me.
Pfffft.

So, we line up for a 45 minute match with three points at stake after a no advantage first half. W're 2-1 ahead on yellow cards, but we nee to forget all that and win this half. Our ground, our home crowd...our game. Come on. Away we go for Part Two....Can the Trotters overcome the pies? ...to be continued...

The two up front allowed us a bright start but as soon as they adjusted to it we lost our ability to get up the other end and keep it up the other end. I won't be surprised if we bring Magennis on in the second half to try and help out with that.

Mic man's error for me claiming Beevers gave away the pen. Ref late to the party and Sammi rolls us forth. Mic loads chat, time passes and....Taylor clears as Ben get the good words. And....Doidge goes to earth for a minute after a clash and.....15,297 of a crowd annnounced. Mic lads have a chat, Beevers heads, they sally and....have a bit of possession before....we clear, they come back and....s wide shot after Naismith? tries one. Back they come and....Williams clears. Hello, they're sounding a bit lively. Sammi comes. O...and they clear well again. Mic lads giving them the good words. Sammi gets us a free kick.....and...some scores.....then....they head clear, Taylor throw, Buckley and....and....tries a volley to no avail.

COME ON YOU WHITES, ARE YOU LISTENING..?

A bit of to and fro, a free kick to them, a cross, we clear and....they send it forth again and Byrne comes in and....Lowe clears. We need a bit of action down the park lads....this is Wigan.....come on. They clear and break again and.....we're letting them have too much ball.. Ah, we make a break and...the ref nails a pie for the yellow equaliser book. Williams was the one who get chopped. Corner now and...and....in and cleared. O sends it back and we get another corner. Make it count lads....come on and....cleared and...Williams, O, we .....hit the keeper.

Get a goal lads, nothing else matters, nothing at all. Ben wallops now and.....we talk scores, then Doidge almost gets in, but they clear well, break and win a corner. A bit of Pythagorous and.....Windass...hits the side netting. How about we give em a bit of welly lads? Some scores, some chat, then.....Ben wallops and....they sally, Windass breaks wind after a break from a bad Noone free kick. Taylor, Buckley, throw and....forget the flash lads, score....we get a corner. Noone again and.....and...headed clear. Windass wins it...again and.......crosses and a goalkick.

I've got my fingers in my ears just waiting for our goal(s) and not listening to the micmen. Talk of change however makes me take note. They come again pretending to be Barcelona and.....some innefective scores....then....How's about we get Magennis on? Or better, our million man steps up and....the ref lets Evans off (again). Throw us and...twenty to go.

Williams and.....Evans again gives one away. Free kick us and it's no use unless we make it count. Ah, Magennis appeares. They clear, Low, O, Williams, Sammi and.....Doidge and....they get a throw. Buckley leaves for Mac.

Come on lads, get into em and MaManaman appears for the Pies. Can we do it, course we can....and...Mac crosses and wins a cornewr right off. And.....Noone and....ohh, we almost got a chance their before the yellow perils sally. Evans drops Doidge yet again and...ref daren't give a red, no way. Noone now and.....and....we scuffle it and they clear. Throw them and.....we need that goal. A point is a point, but three are better. COME ON WHITES....

Taylor, Noone and,,,,nada. More scores that matter not, then....they clear and...O takes a throw and....Williams, O, Sammi and....they get a lucky pass and Okowsky is the victim of a flying dive. It is never to late to stop fighting lads, come on, come on......Ben gets in there and....Wallops to no avail. And then....and end to end goal kick. They win another free kick and..Sammi tries, they get a throw and Yannick replaces Sammi, strange..?

Is it a master stroke, or a desperado? The Pies try again and....win a corner. Keep that out, break and score.......and....Ben says "Mine". Chat, then.......Noone, they clear, O, Ben and...into nowhere land. Come on the million pound man...whee are you? They sally at us and....Byrne gets a deflected corner. Now we have em, get em all forth and Ben smashes a massive wallop and scores. Taylor make a wonder clearance and the Pies get another cornber, then a throw. Now's our chance.....hit em....

Threow, long, cleared....Williams, Yannick and.....mic lads have a chat. Lowe has a poor touch, then feeds O. He crosses and....they clear. Throw them now and....back to the stick man. They sally again and...Byrne does well and.......mic man's getting all excited as the Pies try for gravy.
Scores now, then......I'm quite prepared to forgive all if we just score. Mac gives a free kick away and Walton comes forth to take. And......we scuff it away, they grab it and.....Yannick somehow goes and.....tries again and.....ohhhhhh Doige tries and is deflected for a corner. Is this it and....and.....all the Whites are screaming for a handball and.....the ref gives a corner. We can't make that coun t and....

And, and....they clear. 3 added minutes and....mic man gives sacores anc chats away. And....I really wanted a 10-0 to us lads.....but....they make a sub as Garner replaces Windass. Ben wallops and.....a handball thirty out and.......and.....and......Noone lobs one in and they clear and we get a last throw and.....Evans cleas to Williams, Taylor sends a poor one in and... and...and.....that's ot at 1-1 and one point. Pity.

Seems to take most teams that long to realise how shite we are,,, and that we're there for the taking...
That said - we had good penalty shouts in each half,,, and ended up conceding to a dodgy one
