Twelve.

I don't think we can avoid admin now, but convinced we will be given a slap or two on the wrists without a points deduction for the Brentford debacle.

I voted “less than 12” because

1. They gave Birmingham -9 for proper piss-taking
2. Zero is less than 12 so I get that one free :P

12 is automatic for insolvency event unless there are mitigating circumstances. So I will say 12. Could be more for Brentford game but then I think league might be too embarrassed.

I hope the league are embarrassed into sweeping the Brentford debacle under the carpet..... the new club/press/fans will have a field day the the EFL press release stating that we had the cash to see us through to the end of the season..
However.... in the cold hard light of day.... they are a bunch of .... and will happily stiff us for a few more points

Macclesfield apparently nearly went on strike. I think they'll want to knock that on the head. Think we'll get 12 for admin and another 3 for Brentford. Think they'll say it would've been more but didn't want to double count.

That would be my guess if we are punished for the cancellation.
However I've decided to be optimistic and go for -12 on the spotty rationale that EFL will want to be seen to be supportive to new owners, especially after the Harvey debacle.

I don't think the EFL can be seen to let us off without a points deduction for the strike. It's unprecedented. What might work in our favour is that Brentford didn't make a fuss God bless em.

-15 pts with the admin I reckon

All we have to do is win the first five games and we'll be on the trail. Simple..... ae:)

I agree with the 3 for Brentford. Only precedent is Boro at Blackburn years ago in the Prem and that was 3.

If you go by the rules it will all depend on how and when you exit any administration. But on the other hand I can't see them throwing the book at you because a) you are not Leeds, and b) Sean Harvey has been kicked out of the EFL.

We'd still be bottom of the league on zero points. Just sayin'.

After this year's record breaking season maybe we can get it for most points deducted. Think Luton got -30 one year. At that rate we might finish on minus points.
