Where fellow sufferers gather to share the pain, longing and unrequited transfer requests that make being a Wanderer what it is...

It's now encroaching on Mid-afternoon oil.
Some Fxcker soon will be informing me that Marc Idles will be telling me that the Administrators will be updating me that nothing much has happened since they last told me that they had no fxcking idea about anything.
But don't worry, because you're not selling your house.

And if you were, Bolton Wanderers will be liquidated before your solicitor has a clue...

I once bought a house which took me Six and a Half Years. I bought another house which took 144 hours to complete...
The latter is the one I live in today. The former is also the one I live in today...
It all depends on the tosspots who are selling, and their solicitors.

A serious personal incident relating to one of the FV members occurred that caused a delay

Have to say, based on this scale:

1. Stop moaning you bunch of panic fannies.
2. Don't panic
3. DON'T PANIC
4. DON'T MOTHERFECKING PANIC
5. It's over, we're doomed

I am about 2.6.
Cool. I'm One.
You got to 4 quite quickly LLS :)

To be fair. I'm still on 1.
I just don't believe the bullshit that the delay is due to some personal tragedy amongst the FV. That really, really is made up bollocks...

See, low expectations are the norm for me, that's why I'm always so positive.

Things constantly turn out better than I imagine. Life's just one long pleasant surprise.

Aye, when we were doing well in the Prem, my hope remained "looking safeish by Easter"

I don’t blame Connell for going. He’ll have had a voice in his ear from an agent keen to get some easy cash, and a year with a bunch of last minute freebies and loanees being kicked to bits in league 1 isn’t exactly going to be great for his development. Hopefully he manages to kick on in a stable environment.

Where does this leave us squad wise though? Did I see Earing left this week as well? Is there a confirmed list of who is left?
Obviously we were supposed to start pre season last week but that was postponed. Have we got any friendlies arranged?
The season starts in 5 weeks, and we’re starting off behind everyone else in terms of points on the board, squad development, fitness and planning.
At the moment I’m struggling to see anything other than another shit show of a season.

...I wonder what happened about the 'further statement' that was supposed to occur 'between Thursday and the weekend'?

And who the fxck is the dafkaren character who regularly pops up on the BN comments pages like a rash?
Some people have nothing better to do than inform everybody else that they know everything whilst giving very little away in the form of useful information...
I mean really, I don't mind people speculating that the Earth really is flat, but to pretend you were on God's sub-committee devoted to Sculpting a Flat Earth... Get to fxck you dafkunt.

That's a long way around of saying my Daf Con Status has moved from 1 to 3.
