.and try answering the fxcking question as to what it is you claim to know about the mysterious legal shenanigans...
If it still matters this time next week I will PM you. For now best just to see what transpires.

Nope. I want to know now. What possible legal complications could possibly result in you stating "I know what it is, but don't understand it"?
Especially one that might not matter this time next week. How complex can a legal problem be if it can disappear in under eight days???
And what problem could be especially secret, as we already know about Bassini, Michael James, FV, Ken Anderson, Brittan, Basran, Thomas, Quantuma and David Rubin and partners interactions over the last six months?????
Does that mean it's a legal complexity that you know about to do with Boohoo and the Kamanis and if so, how the hell do you know about it?????????

Do we know what time the axe falls on Bury tomorrow?
And is the woman still chained to a drainpipe or did she get to bed last night?
So many questions...
I can't wait 'til Halloween has been and gone. I'm ready to vote 2019 the shittiest year of the twenty first century.

Cheers DSB. I'm about to head Arctic circle-wise (just a little bit north and east of our former desert dweller AT) with little to no worldwidewebinterconnectivityness. Eight days with sparse communication with the rest of the Universe, either a blessing or a curse.
Here's fingers crossed.

Steve Dale bought the club for £1 in December, allowed the club to go into admin, and now apparently wants a £2m pay off, hours from extinction!!

I hope you have a restful and fascinating time, and that you come back to find we have been successfully taken over, hired a good manager and a few good men for him to select, and won a game (or two, depending on your return date). Oh and while I'm at it, that Bury have been saved, but hired a shit manager and lost.

Good news is, you'll be back for our deadline day... not to mention the Football League Trophy game against Bradford (the Phil Parkinson Derby, natch).

Really? I'm not sure you are wrong. Only, as I recall, The EFL issued a statement which clearly stated 5pm tomorrow.

That's possible, though I haven't seen it quoted and TBH haven't dug into it. I have my own (pre-bank holiday weekend) deadlines to hit :D

Hmm, actually, I've had a mooch (Rain delay in the cricket ;) ) and can't find anything which is time specific. All the statements I looked at contain slight variants of 'Bury has already been issued with a notice of withdrawal of membership by the EFL and has until 23 August 2019 to meet all outstanding requirements of the League’s insolvency policy or its membership of the EFL will be withdrawn.'
