I’d take that right now. This is a bad place. I’d say we are at far greater risk than Bury, as things stand.CrazyHorse wrote: ↑Sat Aug 24, 2019 10:28 pmThank feck we're finally in the end game, bored of this bollox now.

I was fairly certain of that up until this latest twist. Ken previously seemed keen on the deal. Now it’s a real problem. The one man who I think might be prepared to sink the club has the power to do so. And it’s public knowledge.CrazyHorse wrote: ↑Sat Aug 24, 2019 10:38 pmMate, I hear you loud and clear but it really will be reet.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Sat Aug 24, 2019 10:34 pmI’d take that right now. Mix money in and the priority isn't kicking a ball any more. It's why we cling to memories of jumpers for goalposts and stuff so longingly. Seeing the half-time scores go up outside the wooden shack under the floodlights on Burnden terrace end is a lifetime ago, but nothing today can compare with it. This shyster lot have no interest in football.

You need to move fifteen miles eastward... It's been like Benidorm in Badachro. I've just got back from a walk up Coire Mhic Nobuil and Ruadh Stac Mohr, and I'm sunburnt. Mind you from the beach at Opinan this morning, Skye was just that, a cloud/mist covered horizon...Abdoulaye's Twin wrote: ↑Sun Aug 25, 2019 9:04 amSunshine he says. Re: Administration and recovery
So, Ken can sink the deal! That'll be only because the 'deal' (the only one on the table, apart from somebody who thinks he's got thirty million quid at his beck and call) is so piss poor that not even the secured creditors can get the full pound in the pound.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Sun Aug 25, 2019 8:09 pmI haven’t said it publicly. No fxcking wonder the High Court is seeing Perfections left right and centre.
Listen, I know you think you are in the know, but if a secured creditor can sink an Administration deal, then the Administrators really do need to look out for future litigation (against them) because if the secured creditors can't get their money back then liquidation would be the obvious route they should take.
Yeah, yeah, Paul Appleton is a saint, blahdy blah blah...
FV are the only deal on the table, blahdy blah blah...
FV are taking the fxcking piss, and Paul Appleton is supplying it by the fxcking gallon...

What's Michael think?
Has Shazza gone on holiday yet?
How's Laurence's cat's paw, has it healed yet?
Is Debbie still up for that threesome you arranged on Tuesday, only I need to book train tickets?

The fact is as you point out that FV are currently the only ones at the table. And they offer a better deal than liquidation for secured creditors. Which currently is the alternative. And a deal that has been agreed three times then reneged on.
If secured creditors don’t like it they should just stop messing around and say no instead of spending weeks setting it up then at the last second blowing it down.
As a fan I really couldn’t care less what a bloke who put us in the position through utter shithousery gets a settlement. In fact if he was completely shafted and it cost him money that’s a win. What I do care about is the club surviving. But hey I’m clearly weird like that....
