Worth noting that at Lancaster Whites event tonight Emma Beaugeard said this and it was reported on the official twitter too...was a response to asking if we will offer longer than one year deals to players...
'We are under embargo for the next two years. That's not just regarding the buying and selling, there is a wage restriction also.'
First time public acknowledgement that we are under embargo for two years. Been lots of conjecture around that we can get out of embargo. Looks like we cannot until the time period passes. For once Ken seems to have been right.
Hilly at the same event: "We're heading into a big window and we have plans." I'd have preferred "big" to have come a little later in that sentence.

And the classic: "there will be silent injuries that we can't see coming." That's right, Keith. You can't see silence.

That's all well and good. However, did you find out, on behalf of my mate, as to whether Sharon Brittan's married or not? :)
Think so...

For those who want a read - the next installment from the admins is up on companies house.
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/comp ... download=0

Few key things I noticed...
Ken was paid 237,000 to piss off
There was a trading deficit of over 1M quid during the admin process - and that was despite over £2M of "Contribution towards trading expenses".

So the situation really was very perilous and the administrators were certainly not bluffing. Were it not for Mike James I suspect we'd have gone pop like Bury.

I mean there were people (a handful I'd guess) who genuinely thought he was a) a viable option and b) a good one. Nicky Hunt being one it seems. Makes you wonder if the government were performing secret lobotomies on some folk - the ones on twitter who said "lets have Bassini - least he's doing something unlike football ventures" - them.
