Nearly two hours later GtE is still working out how to insert a photo...
He hasn't broken anything yet, give him a break :)

To be fair GTE, Enfield wasn't the most picturesque place I've been, though an upgrade on Wood Green
:arse: :arse: :arse: :arse: :arse: :arse: :arse:
I'm not sure that's an upgrade

BP and I are out for a trot in half an hour. Guess where it's just started raining? ;)

First run in 4 weeks. Done! Pissed wet through. 😎

February distance - 5.05km

60k in 13 days? Piece of piss. 😬

Well done Bruce and BP. Plodded round a slow 3.5 miles here today after skiving off last week.

Well done GG. 3.5 miles more than you’d have done sat at home on the couch. Probably both still lagging behind Worthy! Hope you’re feeling better young man. Worthy that is, not GG! 😉

So, my distances for Feb so far are 62km running and 172.96 km cycling

I may not be able to upload a photo but I can still run and bike.

I'd say we look about 8 points off the playoffs mentally factoring in the different number of games played. If that sparks a run and we can win the next 3 winnable games (making 5 in a row) I'll start to believe.

Maddison is a funny one. I can only think he's not their fitness wise. There are flashes of quality but he looks half a yard off most of the time. And hooked at 60 and 70 the last two games. He looks a liability off the ball too.

Like DSB I'd give him one more start before rotating. But Delf and Arthur pushing hard.

Thought Doyle was pretty poor again. Busy and gives his all but we couldn't make it stick for large periods, and we're never going to boss possession for 90 at this level.

Impromptu run out last night to a) get out of the built up areas of London for sanity's sake and b) confirm that Stanmore actually exists.

Knee seems better for the most part but the hamstring feels quite weak these days, I suppose from a month of nowt? Tried opening the stride on Tuesday and felt the top of it pull. Still able to jog but would like to get some proper speed in soon. Long road to go anyway.

I'm actually a bit scared to start again. Did a couple of 5-6k.tuns a couple of weeks ago and am only just able to walk normally again with my bad hip.
I'll give it another month 😉
