Is it time to give Doyle a rest? Miller I guess could be our Solskjaer. Might be better off the bench. Doyle today was not good and I fear he’s tiring. Not easy playing up too on your own all season. Good that bench can now impact games.
Delf or Dapo would be my next options. Physical presence or pace in behind. Miller can keep doing what he's doing!
Dapo can’t shoot on target for shit!

And yea sooner I can celebrate those in a fecking ground rather than waiting for blind man henshaw to take what sounds like his last gulp of oxygen before he concludes it really was a goal, the better!
You say that but I reckon half the crowd would have been outside and on the way home by the time Millers effort went in! :D

It's amazing how the stats can totally misrepresent the game.

If you look then we appear on paper to deserved the last-minute winner as we've dominated the game however, we all know that we weren't the best. I agree with DSB that Barrow were superb at the back and had that been us against a better team we would be applauding it.

I know it's little comfort as it could have been different but we've just got 3 points without breaking into a sweat.
I didn't say that, but they were. Still, I'm sure on their forum there's a "BFC Insane" who when we scored immediately posted "See?"

Barrow played well. Very difficult for us to get behind them hence we had a lot of possession but no penetration. We werent helped by Doyle whose touch is like an elephant and lost the ball several times. Clearly a penalty box player and needs another forward playing beside him to be fully effective. Miller will give us much more than him in a 4-2-3-1 formation because he has a much better touch.

Our play slowed so much due to Jones in particular. As soon as the ball reaches him, the forward momentum stops, he takes 2 or 3 touches then passes it back to Santos. Drove me crazy. MJ .. never a penalty...

We played ok given Barrows organization and got 3 points. We are on a great run. We had to be patient today...our depth of squad will win us a lot of games.

That win put us 21 points clear of relegation, Barrow still have 2 games in hand so it could be 19 ahead of Southend.

P.S. Miller is behind the ball when it's played. Again, feck you Gary Henshaw.

@ Officer Dibble - I'll work out in a bit how many games we need to lose on PPG to be in the drop zone

Watching the replay great ball in from the left, clearly onside. You can tell from the barrow reaction they know it.

I say onside. If not then it makes up for the Brockbank offside decision.

Well I think we got a win we barely deserved. For all the possession we didn’t look like scoring until that incredible ending.

In fact, I would say BECAUSE of all the possession we didn’t look like scoring.

It’s no good having that kind of ball when you don’t have creativity. Sarcevic and Isgrove should really consider themselves lucky to be part of this team. We had too much possession (yeah I know)

Had we let them have more ball, I’m convinced that some pressing and transition play would’ve had created way more chances than we had. We were a bit too easy to defend against and I think we have to change things up a bit to keep this run going

Anyway. Enough negativity. We won. I’m buzzing. I’m gonna get pissed on my own and read tweets from Barrow fans frothing

Iles: "The goal came from Gnahoua's cross. Delfouneso had a swipe at it and it broke to Miller. Wow."

So that's three subs involved again...
Well he might need to go on a course. Gnahua had the last touch before Miller though it was less of a swipe and more of an awful first touch for himself :D

Seen a replay and I don't think it was a pen for them. Their guy knows MJ is going to swipe at it and tries to nick it first bit thankfully MJ realised and pulled out I think without making contact.

Can't wait until we develop the determination to win games, we'll be some team then!
