That sounds nice. I wonder what that's like?

I think I've missed these impressive cameos people have mentioned. Poor every time I've seen him, which to be fair isn't every time he's played.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Tue Apr 20, 2021 8:40 pmI’m going to be bold. I really don’t think Elbouzedi is any good at all. Not at all.

Personally I'm loving the amount of ball they're having, makes us more likely to win apparently

Hardly. This match can easily be classed as an outlier given that Carlisle are playing for the relevancy of their season (as were Grimsby btw). We've had plenty of matches this season where the opposition have had poor results directly following a Saturday match.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Tue Apr 20, 2021 8:43 pmI think this game puts to bed the idea that our possession tires teams out. 60% and we are out on our feet and Carlisle look fresh as daisies.
I think the fact we've not been overly bossing the game in terms of possession is probably an argument as to why Carlisle are not overly fatigued here. Possession 56% to 44%

Thomason is absolutely out on his feet again.

Miraculous if we don’t concede here.

At 70 mins we had 61%. Your theory doesn’t hold up. Our season at stake too. They just look fresher. Our possession takes work to maintain and we don’t threaten enough so teams are comfortable defending it without having to do too much running.Mar wrote: ↑Tue Apr 20, 2021 8:49 pmHardly.
