Why don't you (Bruce and BP) do the couch to 5k? That'll get you out and about at least.
I'm still ticking over but November/ December are quite months for me. Already entered 3 Olympic distance tri's next year and going to do a few Lake swims and sprints. 2022 is NOT about distance but fun.

Took a plunge a couple of weeks ago and joined a tri club. They are a good bunch. Looking forward to doing more in the new year but not racing yet, just a more well rounded fitness routine
