Dapo can be one lazy bastard when he wants to be.
The tracking back there was abysmal.

Isn’t Dapo one of our leading players for interceptions?

Gonna take some effort to get something out of this game.
Too many unforced errors.

Our structure looks off tonight. I don’t like Dapo as a 10, there’s way too much space for Lincoln in the middle of the park, and Dad Bod is giving the ball away too frequently.
I’d probably take Dad Bod off for Sadlier and shift Dapo further forward. Also Dempsey on for MJ.

I think we look a bit tired to be honest. Other than Charles and John/Johnston we’re not looking good enough up top.
I’d have Bakayoko, Ameachi and Dempsey warming up at half time. Needs some early subs this I think.

10 minutes of promise followed by 35 minutes of dross.
Changes are needed as we haven't registered a shot on target.

For all the decent attacking play we've had we've not had anything to show for it. Frustrating probably the word. I suspect we're not going all out to kill off the game just yet and we've got a bit more in us.
Few good performances out there. Question marks around the corners though. After scoring one in the last match we end up taking one that is two passes to our centre back.
Have we had a shot yet?
We look threatening just not got that killer ball yet

Look short on legs and ideas. 0-0 flatters us as they have been the better side so far.
A few are struggling.

45 minutes and my assessment is Traf's made a couple of decent saves. Aimson a couple of really decent blocks...that is all. Did we have an on target shot? Even in that first 10 mins?

We’ve done nowt in my view. They look much more dangerous. So far we are second best. Hopefully we can move up a couple of gears second half.Worthy4England wrote: ↑Tue Feb 22, 2022 8:54 pm45 minutes and my assessment is Traf's made a couple of decent saves. ..Moss Bank Rovers half and not a shot in sight apart from Dapo's weak effort. Good job we're not playing a top side tonight. We need luck now;; the lot are off and a word I never use with bolton is "scared" but I'm tempted tonight. Get a grip and stop playing live hand-grenade stuff. Wake up lads.

We had plenty of opportunities to shoot, JBD and Dapo failing to pull the trigger. Best moment was Morley through ball to John and he got caught in two minds with a cross shot - Dion was well placed in the middle had he looked up!

I suspect the players would stand up and be counted against a top team. Today we probably entered the match thinking it'd be easier than it looks. Players need to up the tempo to keep us on the front foot.
We can win this but we can't do it sleepwalking

Honestly thought MJ would be the first to get subbed.
