England Women whacked Belgium 6-1 to win the Arnold Clark Cup. Well done girls.

Alejandro Garnacho. 18 years old and incredible. Playing left wing he tore the Hammers defence to ribbons and scored a brilliant goal. A 3-1 loss was harsh on West Ham who owned the first half and Garnacho owned the second..A really decent game I watched from boredom initially.

Back from The Emirates after a very painful 96 minutes of football. Thankfully the 97th minute made up for the previous 96! Buzzing now. I love football! (The pulled pork roll I had on the way back to the station was pretty darn awesome too!)

Football's fickle face. Three games ago we were looking at automatic places now we're hanging on for play offs.Gooner Girl wrote: ↑Sat Mar 04, 2023 9:38 pmBack from The Emirates after a very painful 96 minutes of football. I'm currently watching Burnley vs Wigan. Oh for some attacking pace in this Bolton side. The difference a forward with genuine pace makes is huge. I would love to see a player in a white shirt who terrifies defenders whenever he starts running.

Ainsworth losing 4-1 away at Blackpool.
Conceded 10 goals now in his first 4 games. He has a lot of work on to sort out that defending.

5-1 to Blackpool now.
In more positive news, Coventry are beating Wigan 1-0.

Apropos of not much, but City goal machine Haarland scores five. Wonder if he fancies a move?

I'd have him on loan for the rest of the season......provided City paid us enough to take on another emerging talent.......TANGODANCER wrote: ↑Tue Mar 14, 2023 10:25 pmApropos of not much, but City goal machine Haarland scores five. Wonder if he fancies a move?

Just a hat trick today in his 63 minutes. And against a team from a lower division. Slack bastard.

He’s absolutely scary. Definitely the best striker I’ve ever seen. By a country mile. A specimen that we probably won’t ever see again.
Shame he’s not English. Imagine him leading the line?

Watching Blackburn Sheff Utd FA Cup quarter final. It’s probably the best game of football I’ve watched in ages. Great atmosphere - two teams going for it. But of physicality some superb football and a game you can tell means something.
Absolutely superb. Everything football should be but too often these days isn’t.

Absolute madness. No idea why he handballed it. But he did. And it’s a red and a penalty. Mitrovic will get a long ban. Mind Fernandes did the same at Anfield and nowt happened.Harry Genshaw wrote: ↑Sun Mar 19, 2023 6:16 pmFulham currently self imploding after being in a brilliant position
