Re: Wembley Details
Got my email just now and it states that tickets must be printed. Am I wrong to assume that adding them to my Apple wallet will also be fine?

I wouldn't take a chance Gun. If they state print, I'd do that.

Re: Wembley Details
Think they're standard PDF, as opposed to the modern style where adding them to a digital wallet is possible...
Re: the info just released about coaches, I have 3 questions...
1) Will we be alright leaving bags etc on the coach during the game?
2) Most modern buses offer free WiFi to commuters - do we get the same treatment on the coaches?
3) Same as 2), but about USB charging sockets...
Anyone any idea??

1) You should be okay, as you have to return home on the same coach you boardedtruewhite15 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 5:21 pmThink they're standard PDF, as opposed to the modern style where adding them to a digital wallet is possible...

2&3) Hit & Miss - Some will be modern, some won't - Get there as early as poss to give yourself the best chance - They start leaving at 5am and leave when it fills, it leaves and the next one boards - I doubt you'll get WiFi, but you should have a decent chance at a USB (slow charging) socket

You can probably pick up a portable mobile charger for under £20...Just a thought most seem to be in between 10 & 20...boltonboris wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 7:11 pm1) You should be okay, as you have to return home on the same coach you boardedtruewhite15 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 5:21 pmThink they're standard PDF, as opposed to the modern style where adding them to a digital wallet is possible...

Yep, I've got a couple of Amazon ones - £20 each and they can charge 3 devices at once. They take about 3 hrs to charge, but will then charge your device fully in about 1-2hrsWorthy4England wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 8:52 pmYou can probably pick up a portable mobile charger for under £20...Just a thought most seem to be in between 10 & 20...boltonboris wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 7:11 pm1) You should be okay, as you have to return home on the same coach you boardedtruewhite15 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 5:21 pmThink they're standard PDF, as opposed to the modern style where adding them to a digital wallet is possible...

You can get about 7 device charges out of 1 pack charge

Halfords do a very nifty thing that is basically one of those battery packs, with USB ports etc, but is also a jump starter for your car battery. Comes with some little jump start cables and works a treat. If that is something you might need defo with looking into. Was more expensive (natch) but worked really well

Re: Wembley Details
Had one of those a while and really recommend. Got me out of a few dead battery situations now! Plus there's a tire pressure gauge and pump on mine.Prufrock wrote: ↑Wed Mar 22, 2023 10:21 amHalfords do a very nifty thing that is basically one of those battery packs, with USB ports etc, but is also a jump starter for your car battery. I add my endorsement. Similarly, it has awoken a dead engine a time or two.HMX wrote: ↑Wed Mar 22, 2023 10:28 amHad one of those a while and really recommend. But it is bigger than some pocketable chargers. It's probably pocketable if you have a clown's trousers or perhaps those capacious strides that young folks wear halfway down their arse.

Might have come too late, but the RMT has suspended the strike planned for 1 April.

Can anyone recommend any of the restaurants/bars/pubs we've been assigned? https://www.bwfc.co.uk/news/2023/march/ ... bley-bars/
Nothing too inspiring after a quick look. Thinking I may just head straight to the East Village fanzone instead.

Re: Wembley Details
Despite the clubs advice, none of them are accepting advance table bookings. They have said they have no idea where that has come from. Guess it's the police advice to the club to get as many fans as possible to as few places as possible to make policing easier

Re: Wembley Details
If it’s on Sky, you can get a NOW TV day pass for about £12. Or pay a tenner for Derek and Harlan. I know which I’d do.TANGODANCER wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2023 11:06 pmWhat's the best link to pay to watch the final please?

Those big match jitters started in earnest today. I'm trying to play it chill outwardly, but inside it's just a constant mental stream of "God I hope we win what if we win we'd better win I really want to win".
Come on Bolton.
Come on Bolton.
