That's the Dixon effect.

I think the Torries call it "levelling up".

Santos and Dixon, that was terrible.
I'd put less blame on Dixon for that one. Missed header by Santos leaving no chance for Dixon to react.

Piss poor pressure in the build up, free cross in, easy header missed and no time for Dixon.
Why's the dopey c*nt in no man's land then? He's either coming for it in which case, you know, get it. Or he's not and should be further back where he also easily gets it.

Managed to take himself completely out of the game, which is sub optimal for a goalkeeper.
Agree, but really there were two dopey cnuts, not just one..

Decent first-time shot from Ade there though

Aye Curtis Davies will be banned - might not be three, but more importantly might not be there in the playoffs - if Derby lose and Posh win then Posh are in the playoffs… and I have to say I’d rather face them at Wembley than Derby…

Decent reaction save from Dixon the second time after waving at the first one

Nice straight ping from Rico for Ade to run onto, but I’m still not getting waves of confidence emanating from the striker
I think he's looked a lot better today. Staying to worry he and Dion are too similar.

Go on Joel! Never doubted you!

I would say Barnsley then Posh would be my preferred playoff route

Dixon! To the rescure!
Safe as houses, never in doubt.

Did he touch that on the way out? I don't know, he doesn't know and neither does the ref.

Lovely follow up save from Dixon but that should be 2-1. Santos not exactly busting a gut to get back. Miles of space for their striker. Perhaps not wanting to get injured?

Either way not good signs compared to our usual Rico.

Half time.

I don’t think shot-stopping has ever been a particular Dixon weakness. Not compared to some other things….

From post earlier - anyone know where Ian Evatt actually is?

Gethin hobbling at HT - doesn't look good.

Re Dixon and shot stopping, he was nowhere near the first one that hit the bar and I'm not sure he knew much about the rebound... :-)

We have a better PPG record without santos that with. I think it’s worth considering why…..

He was at least stood vaguely in the right place though which is far from a given.

Being aware where he is standing! Guys a clown 😂

Shite news on Gethin - first time we’ve had all of the four Centre halves fit and in the team probably - still I’d probably rather Jones than Bradley being injured…

It’s been a good performance till 1-0 then we’ve been all over the show. Santos worries me. He often is very shaky after injury and given the injury to Jones one assumes he plays next week but we can’t afford him to be like this.

Midfield isn’t great defensively either. Bit lightweight and Morley looks to be out of sorts again.

I think up front Adeboyejo is doing well but basically playing on his own seems to suit him more than having to do Charles’ donkey work.

It’s just a fact. Someone can try and explain why. Or we can just pretend it’s not a fact.

For a random bit of trivia folks, today could very well be the day Morecambe get relegated for the first time ever (and incidentally still never finished in the bottom three at that).
L Cambridge 1-0 FGR - makes it more likely… Cambridge vault above Morecambe and MK dons to the final safety slot… as things stand…
L Exeter 1-0 Morecambe :D
