Left back. Left wing back. Left centre back.
I suspect that it’s the sort we need tbh.

I’ve wanted this fella for a while (didn’t realise he’s also played LCB)BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Thu Jan 25, 2024 10:08 pmLeft back. Left wing back. Left centre back.

He seems to be out of contract at the end of June so he's presumably a permanent signing.

Please tell me he wasn't in Swansea's starting XI tonight.

Here’s a stat analysis of his loan to Posh last season. More attacker than defender but IMO thats what we need.

Although the article Dibs posted suggests the offer of new contract is on the cards.

Don't know anything about him but if we did sign him that would be a kick in the slats to Peterborough. Which would be marvellous

Different circumstances I know, but I’m sure Shrewsbury will have been offering him a new contract two Januarys ago when he was lapsing. He chose to go to Swansea instead. The previous January when his City contract was lapsing, he’d made the jump to Shrewsbury.nicholaldo wrote: ↑Thu Jan 25, 2024 10:33 pmnicholaldo wrote: ↑Thu Jan 25, 2024 10:22 pmHe seems to be out of contract at the end of June so he's presumably a permanent signing.

As a Salford lad, maybe he just wants to come home. Or maybe there’s something in him being Christian… I know Evatt is a man of faith and we’ve signed a few players who are quite devout.

Promising signing if true, I know DSB and Ghost have been bigging him up for a while. Seems to be another struggling with injuries recently though.

An injury prone wing-back who celebrates his goals with a backflip. It's about time we had another one of those.

Worth pointing out that the tweeter Alex Clark was at Bournemouth-Swansea - he’s Talksport’s chief football corro. Him being there and tweeting so unequivocally (none of that enigmatic Nixon bollocks), you can only assume he’s heard it from the player, the manager or someone very close to either/both.

As in, do I seriously believe it’s a transfer motivator? No idea, as I’m not religious myself (not that there’s anything wrong with it if you aren’t hurting anybody, etc)BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Thu Jan 25, 2024 11:04 pmSeriously?Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Thu Jan 25, 2024 10:46 pmOr maybe there’s something in him being Christian… I know Evatt is a man of faith and we’ve signed a few players who are quite devout.
As in, has Evatt seriously mentioned religion? Seen him do it a couple of times and it would be a weird thing to make up.

If DSB says he's good then he'll do for me.
Few Peterborough fans worried about it on twitter.

Ogbeta will be that "former number one target" Evatt was talking about .
We were trailing after him for ages.

Can’t say I’ve studied the tapes - where’s Brommers? - but he’s impressed me when I’ve seen him: fast, dribbly, runs at the oppo. Also Man City-trained so he should have sound basics. Still young too, so good chance of trading him on.

And hopefully he'll be pretty much match fit from the off. If we sign him
