I'd say the complete opposite regarding the quality of delivery for Geth vs JDC!officer_dibble wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 1:02 pmForester surely due a start. Gethins delivery a bit more consistent than Cogley albeit Cogley is a better athlete. I would like to see Ramsey on the bench so we can change this side in the event we go behind with a view to improving creativity.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 11:10 amSo Santos decision overturned and he can play tonight.
Does that mean Evatt will play Toal, Santos and one of Iredale or Forrester and shift Jones to RWB?
I’d guess so.
Didn’t see Saturday but been generally happy with Iredale at left centre back. Toal clearly the preference though and it’s a night to pick the strongest XI and demand they play better than a team below them in the league.

I work on the basis that Jones is a player you want in the eleven for a game like todays….experienced, digs in, rarely lets you down. I dunno feels to me like you’d want to pick him somewhere but that might not be RCB.

I said consistent not high quality…JDC can play a good ball but for me it happens all too infrequently. Better engine though. From what I have seen Ramsay looks like a better crosser than both of them.The_Gun wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 1:04 pmI'd say the complete opposite regarding the quality of delivery for Geth vs JDC!officer_dibble wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 1:02 pmForester surely due a start. Bit strange to issue a delay, 45 minutes before kick-off...officer_dibble wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 6:58 pmKick off delayed apparently. feck* if you are on that last train!

Apparently lots of traffic through Aspull/Horwich and, perhaps, lots of potentially late away fans.

15 minutes. at the moment, because the dumpster truck only has one road in and no roads out.

Not confident of this one as we've got a shit record against these. Hoping for a battling draw but a scrappy win would be ace.

Delaying kick off because of bad traffic sums Wigan up. The club and the place.
Evatt bingo with that team. Anything could happen. I doubt Evatt knows what will transpire.

Seriously a draw is not good enough. Wins or bust from here on out.sonicthewhite wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 7:14 pmNot confident of this one as we've got a shit record against these. Hoping for a battling draw but a scrappy win would be ace.

Might have something to do with the traffic from earlier. Apparently there's been a crash on the M62 earlier today that may have had an impact in regular traffic flows so might just be follow on from that.

We can only know that at the end of the season. As long as we're keeping pace with the top two we'll be in for a chance.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 7:15 pmSeriously a draw is not good enough. That Humphrys lad, who absolutely ripped us apart at the Reebok, is on the bench. Don’t know whether that’s a good thing or incredibly ominous.

There's about a third of the season left...so whilst a draw wouldn't be the best result, it wouldn't be "bust" either...BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 7:15 pmSeriously a draw is not good enough. Yeah it's traffic related.Mar wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 7:15 pmWorthy4England wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 7:06 pmBit strange to issue a delay, 45 minutes before kick-off...officer_dibble wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 6:58 pmKick off delayed apparently. feck* if you are on that last train!
