Christ this is nervy. Never has a team needed a goal more. You cannot keep getting into the areas we are and not creating anything at all. A horrible horrible habit. Makes everyone nervous. Leads to mistakes. We're in a horrible cycle.
So, ineffective going forward and ineffective at the back. This should be it for Evatt.

Boos at half-time. You pays your money, you takes your choice, as Quoasis might tell their ticket buyers.

JDC loses the ball again and whoever is out to stop the cross isn’t really trying to stop that fecking cross.
He's been letting them hit whatever cross they like all game. They were bound to score from one of them.

Certainly feels like the fat lady is warming up. Lots of bits doing their own thing. Can't score, can't defend set pieces, can't stop making mistakes, can't keep clean sheets, can't create chances, can't score goals, can't stop teams playing through us easily, can't play through teams.

Huge gaps between the front and back three. Heads gone, so half are going long and half are underplaying short. We're trying to do a complicated thing and we're doing it badly.

It's not good.

That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.

Crap again from the looks of it. Lucky not to be two nil down after that extra time disallowed goal.

Not sure the purpose of Dempsey. Good off the bench but starting he seems like he just can't get going.

It's not good and not getting better. Players seemingly going through the motions

Pointless commenting on it as it's too predictable. JDC isn't good enough. The defence have a job to do and can't allow for simple errors at the back.

I really feel for the others as they've worked really hard and should at least be going in with a clean sheet.

It'll ust supply more fuel to the fire for the Evatt out clan however if he keeps on playing those who let him down he deserves the stick.

Our right has been generally woeful. Yet another forward finds two yards either side of two lumps. Demps disappeared (along with most of the team after 30 mins)...

Possibly one of the worst first half performances I can remember. Think Megson at his worst, times how bad it is by 100 and even that doesn’t come close.

Totally passionless. Insipid. Zero excitement and I mean that kindly. We have not put a ball into their box. Not come close. Not beat a man. Not shown an ounce of desire to get on top of the game.

Absolutely dire on every level.

The only consolation is you can’t imagine it’s possible for a team with these players in to be as bad as that second half.

I've realised it's also pointless to keep banging that Evatt out drum every match as it's patently obvious nothing is working. Just grin and bear it and breathe a sigh of relief when it's over.

We are playing poorly. Only positive was Matete in the first 30 mins. Some players looking really poor ... Schon, Thomasson, Charles, Dempsay. We are being completely outplayed and our passing atrocious. Changes are needed. Get Williams, Mcatee and Ade on the pitch. Lets see if Evatt has the balls to do so.

It’s awful. It sounds hyperbolic but I’ve tried to tone it down for how bad that truly was. Awful.

Can’t be as bad second half, just can’t.

So this is our idea of a good team? It's about as exciting as a wet afternoon in Hebden Bridge. We never looked like dominating anything, and being 1-0 down to another soft goal is becoming a programme note. Unless we buck up we're in for a hiding. I am sick to death of shirt grabbing and shove in the back tactics being let go. Get a grip Whites. 45 minutes to turn it round, but I'm only hoping right now. ae:)

They need a rocket at half time. Too many lads passing the buck when it comes to making something happen. Too many taking the easy option and making their teammate scrap for it.

I'd like to see McAtee and possibly Vic in short order.

If we don’t score in the first half hour mentally we lose it. Not signed the right characters this summer.

Is there a box, just below that one, as we've gone past Parky and Megson! There's only Owen Coyle and Sammy Lee to go!

Our corner to their corner in one sweeping motion.

Beat the first fecking man. Collins, Demps and Schon.
