Forino, man. I think with the right service (and assuming he stays fit and selected) he can get you 10 goals a season.
I'd prefer 10 more clean sheets

Randall not looking as poor as usual. Still not expecting him to hit a shot on target though.

Well, there is that - but I'm hopeful that can improve too next season. It kinda has to.

Lincoln winning 2-0 at Stockport. I did say they'd have a big say on promotion... although Stockport have seemed playoff-bound since about October

Elsewhere, Stockport County are fecking up their chances of auto promotion.

Over to Charlton to save football later.

They were never getting automatics. Too big a gap to catch up on. Wrexham will do it today.

Matete puts the ball in the back of the net, foul by McAtee stopped it. Didn't see much in that tbh.

Wrexham's infrastructure is basically non-league, they need urgent capex. Promotion will mean most of their money goes on insane wages. Oh well.

Did you know both our former FC and CFO are now at Wrexham?

I get your point about saving football, but in terms of who I'd rather face next season, it's Charlton not Wrexham.

Wrexham would bring more away fans (we keep 95% of the revenue) and it'd probably be on TV again.

It's why I'm glad there are northern clubs coming up and I hope that Bradford don't bottle it again.

Interesting. Could go to the last day for everyone except Cardiff. Hull 0-0 Derby and Preston 0-1 Plymouth (HTs) are huge games. (One other thing - if Cardiff go down, maybe they'd be tempted to rebuild round Sheehan?)

True. But which side is likelier to keep us out of the top two?

I'd say both are part of a group of 7-8 (us included, haha) that could potentially be up there with the right signings.

So would I mate, but I think Wrexham would be harder to finish above, and that's the key thing I'm bothered about next season.

Yeah, just tried a quick google but couldn't see any names pop up.

Doesn't surprise me to be honest, probably people with connections to Parkinson all chucking in recommendations for people they like to work with.

Interesting, although let's agree to disagree. I think both will end up promoted this season one way or t'other.

Fair enough chap. I agree that it would be good to get shut of both.

By the way, I'm enjoying the idea of a "financial controller" at Wrexham. Can't be an easy job. :D
