Bluured resorts to foul tactics and legs it with the TW trophy.

I've seen him play, and I reckon you could shave a couple off that...
ah - i was about to pm you on that very subject, a few? lower than I've given myself?
I would argue that's a bit unfair - surely local knowledge accounts for those couple of shots? By the way mummy's talking you'd think I broke 100 every time I went out on the course... which I don't!
Well, from what I can tell, Commie isn't trying to award 'genuine' handicaps - i.e the kind of handicap that would mean everyone shoots par, but rather a handicap that enables a good competition between the people attending. So my comments were really an assessment of how good you are in relation to Commie and Bruce, both of whom I have seen play.

Fair enough, point taken; and as I've said I'm not really arsed, I'm just there for the fun.

How are you handling play order Commie? Who plays with who? Sorry if I've missed this somewhere.

Good question. Wonder who'll have the dubious pleasure of my company :)

Don't all volunteer at once, now.

There isn't one per se Batman, we just want to know how good you are in advance so we can make it a decent level of competition.

If you need to borrow any clubs, then let me know I have a spare set.

That's a real shame Youngmc, but it sounds like you will have a great time nevertheless with the kids, dog and lady wife and tent.

Thanks soooo much for the offer of your place, but I can't fill your shoes!!!! (my feet are too small!!!) :D

I've been away from the board for a while, as you all know. The next time you're playing I'd love to join in so if I'm not posting bring it to the attention of Bench who has my mobile number.

I play of 23.3 - proper handicap!!!!! I've been a member at Breightmet for 5 or so years but haven't renewed this year for personal reasons. Apart from which I play the Old Links more cos me best Buddy is a member there - and it's an easier knock

I can't play this Sunday cos I'm on holiday in Sunny Salcombe with my two gorgeous daughters otherwise I would. I'm free every other w/e for a few hours should you arrange another.

Have a good knock everyone - I hope it's a success.

And don't forget your wets!!!!!!!!!!!! :? :?
