I'm going to play at a proper Stadium

Had I joined my company a few months earlier I could've played at Highbury before it closed as well.
But I'm not bitter

Geez don't think I've played anywhere good, I think I played at a ground with a stand once (Carnforth?) but only some local nobodies...played at the back of both Christie Park (Morecambe) and the Giant Axe (Lancaster) in youth football, against a few people now playing lower league stuff, we got stuffed every time though. Scored against Dundee Utd in a friendly tho once!
Good luck Dax, enjoy it as these things don't happen often!

Thanks for the kind words fellas.
I used to be a striker but seem to have been converted into a midfielder now. Looking forward to it. We are getting shirts with names on it and everything. Full works and it is a night game aswell, which always makes for a better atmosphere.
Cant decide what number to get. Maybe 21 to honour Diouf.

Not as a player, you understand, but as a detainee
Scored a headed OG into the Embankment goal.
I palyed at Carrow Road once whilst at Uni.
Grundy Hill a number of times ... fecking big slope that had.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

I think you may find the answer using the search function (possibly in the What do you look like thread). I believe it is a charitable thing where one bids to get on a team. Two years ago he was in goal and posted a photo in which he claims to have saved a penalty.daxter15 wrote:Cheers, and how the hell do you get to play at the Reebok????communistworkethic wrote:good luck dax
