Still have problems so they are gone in July (this is dial up not cable) again could not get online so called them only to be told to ring Technical (no number given) and then hung up. Phoned to complain got told no supervisors were around and one would call me back (do they really think people are that stupid), have written to them, emailed them and not a dicky bird.

Shite company, shite product, shite service - won't touch another Virgin again That includes any of the services they offer.
