We all know this is serious, but as usual the Media blow everything out of proportion. Yes there's a disease...now come join the billions of others who are killing people everyday. Yes we should keep an eye out and bee careful but thats only the same as everything else.
Eventually we'll all end up living inside little bubbles. No wonder (and no offense to anyone) that there are so many allergic people these days. Yes it is notice more than it used to be as it is picked up quicker, but there has also been an increase as the immunities to certain allergies have dropped with the sterilisation of everything, from toilet seats to candy floss.

The big thing about Bird Flu last year that was 'going to kill 40,000 people in Britain alone' was all based on the eventuality of the virus mutating so it could be passed from birds to humans. Well there's a possibility that I might mutate into a Godzilla and rest assured 40,000 would be a walk in the park if I did.
The way GMTV and the rest jump on the scaremonger bandwagon will eventually lead to a 'boy who cried wolf' reaction from the public and will we be prepared?
Epidemics happen. How many did Spanish 'Flu wipe out? We can't be complacent but we can't get hysterical.
When I am the last person left on the planet they'll be some changes around here I can tell you.
