Don't see it happening. I'm sure he's on mega wages and we already have two of our highest earners in Johnson's position. Priority will likely be central midfield, as we are in deep trouble if Holden and/or Muamba are unavailable for any reason.

of it's a loan - we may not have to pay all the wages...

I wouldn't be surprised if he's on double what our highest earners make.

City could pay all of it without blinking
Won't happen as they won't let him join a Chumps League rival

You wouldn't need to. Just cozy up to the General, he'd save you the bother.Eire_Trotter wrote:I would cream my pants if this was true.

Re: Adam Johnston
They're paying Bellamy 80k a week to play at Cardiff but you've obviously had a chat with the Arabs so I'll concede the point

It's going to be very congested on the Town Hall steps. No doubt you'll all get a mention from Sally Traffic.

Re: Adam Johnston
We are dreaming if we think we will get Adam Johnson on loan. I doubt the wage would be the issue as explained with Bellamy. The question is why is Bellamy at Cardiff. Sure he agreed but isn't also because Man City didn't want him on another PL team. We are playing a bit too good right now for them to take that risk eventhough it would be a very convenient move due to Bolton's proximity to Manchester. My bet is he will go to someone like West Ham if anyway. More likely though they will plonk his bottom on the pine.
Re: Adam Johnston
I know this is a daft question but what about Taylor and Petrov? I can't see why we would need him?
Pfffft.

It reminded me of a phrase once used by a colleague of a lady returning to work after her honeymoon. In this instance he said she would have " ... a fanny like a paper-hangers paste bucket".
I was only 18 & it left me mentally scarred.

It's perhaps as well that "Like a butcher's dustbin" wasn't used then, Bobo.bobo the clown wrote:It reminded me of a phrase once used by a colleague of a lady returning to work after her honeymoon. In this instance he said she would have " ... a fanny like a paper-hangers paste bucket".
