Was I the only person that never saw what he added to us in his (admittedly brief) few games with us?TANGODANCER wrote:Speaking of injured midfielders, what's happening with our own forgotten man, Sean Davies?
I reckon he'll be gone at the end of the season, and that's no bad thing, considering the rumours that he's a big earner...

Re: Owen Hargreaves
He was no good when he was at Fulham, Spurs or Portsmouth.
Never liked him, and he did nowt to change my mind in his few games pre-injury. So not worth two years of £30,000 per week

Re: Owen Hargreaves
We'd have no chance.. Not when West Ham will throw about £70,000 per week at him, just so they can pretend they're a big club

I used to play with his dad for Breightmet Utd back in the early 70's. It's frightening how similar Owen looks - including the dodgy knees!hi there, i'm chris wrote:His Dad lives in Bolton, and supports us too, making us a likely destination as any if he doesn't retire before moving I reckon.

And when they both get injured eventually, we'll be left with a MF of Moo and Cohen.the-Bowtun-Warrior wrote:What a bloody improvement this lad would be on Muamba.

Shame, he was a player and a half with Bayern...
...long time ago admittedly.
