Re: Jackburn v Bolton Match Thread
Every ball we play goes to them. Are we trying to keep them up?
Re: Jackburn v Bolton Match Thread
I think so, I think we have an arrangement with them. Not been a great game to be fair and it's typical Wanderers to give them the points expect more from them next week
Pfffft.

Our season ended at Wembley. Shame to say it. The players just don't seem arsed. Arsenal was a VERY lucky win against the grain of play. No matter how anyone looks at it

Mathmatically because of the Wiggin result we are safe from relegation

Sick of that shit.
What a shite end to the season this is turning out to be.
We'll end up in the bottom half at this rate.
I know what would make em work harder.
Take a days holiday for every point they drop from now to the end of the season.

After watching that rubbish, I wonder why I bother. Bloody middle of the night here in Aus. Those rare gems of matches keep me coming back, but the last two have been dire.
So was this the starting 11 where Coyle said to them "show me why I should keep you at BWFC next season"?

Shame that, would have loved another win against the Dingles but like I said mentally players on holiday
Pfffft.
Re: Jackburn v Bolton Match Thread
no momentum, no one taking charge of the game from trotters, don't think we can get anything on open play. Is it just me, but teams seem to know that they have put in the effort when sturridge is not playing and pressure high up the park. We seems no to have an outlet and very soft in our 50/50 and challenges.
I agree that our season seems to end at Wembley. Beginning to be very painful to watch the games because of the lack of trying.

Are any of the reserve midfielders who would be up to the job for the last three games?

From my perspective.
1. Football is quite different in windy conditions.
2. We do not adjust well to windy conditions.
3. Wheater is not a right back.
4. Bogdan looked uncertain (perhaps because of the wind) but was not at fault for the goal.
5. We should have scored first and we are not good at coming from behind (unless we are down to 10 men).

Tbf mate i keep hearing we have some great players coming through the youth team, let's see them!!! They will have a lot more desire to win and prove themselves. Might even give a kick up the ass to the current starting 11 who don't even want to be on the pitch.TKIZ! wrote:Are any of the reserve midfielders who would be up to the job for the last three games?

Re: Jackburn v Bolton Match Thread
Well, that's the end to the faint Euro dream. Coyle was clearly setting up the team to have a look at those out of contract at the end of the season, and it doesn't sound like many of them impressed. Wheater is NOT a right back.
If this is gonna be the theme until the end of the season, then lets have a look at Connolly, Vela, Eaves and Obadeyi in the next 2 games. Stick the first team back out vs City, see if we can't get a result.
