Aye - Other than for throwing in free beer and sandwiches I really don't see there being much more that the club can do.
Looks like they've finally learned.

I don't have a season ticket (ridiculously long queue for them being one reason, along with price and not able to easily take 7 months old babies there) but i do go and watch my team several times a season and have done for the past 20 years nearly so there! Is it true that the cheapest ST's at your place are £1K each?

Fair play to em, Its good to see that they listen, and the interest free installments must surely get a few more tickets sold, its miles better than that finance company they used to use

Arsenal's cheapest season ticket is £53 more expensive than manU's most expensive...How they compare for next season:
Manchester United: Rise of £1 per match to cover increase in VAT. Adult season tickets: from £532 to £950. Junior: from £190.
Chelsea: Frozen prices except for five category AA matches. Raised threshold for junior concessions to 17. Adult season tickets: £595 to £1,250. Junior: £285.
Arsenal: Pushed through 6.5 per cent rise in adult season ticket prices, which will cost from £985 to £1,955. Junior: £370. All Arsenal prices do also include seven cup games and so are for 26 rather than 19 matches.
Arsenal's most expensive season ticket is over £1000 more expensive than manU's most expensive...
so... GG's assertion that you pay for the quality of the football (if that is measured in actually winning stuff!) doesn't really wash!

"All Arsenal prices do also include seven cup games"
A little presumptious, no? Do they get money back if they get put out early on?

Re: Season ticket 2012 thread
If I lived nearer, I'd get a season ticket. Living in Oxford soon I'm sure I'll go to most London games and hopefully Reading - if they win the play-off final.

Don't we get free tickets to reserve home games as well?Bruce Rioja wrote:"All Arsenal prices do also include seven cup games"

I am in!!!! Fantastic offer from the club. Interest free over 7 months is superb.
Re: Season ticket 2012 thread
we should include free tickets to all cup finals...jimbo wrote:Don't we get free tickets to reserve home games as well?Bruce Rioja wrote:"All Arsenal prices do also include seven cup games"

Re: Season ticket 2012 thread
I don't see what is wrong with including a free ticket to the first home FA Cup game. Will hardly cost the club anything and will be a lot better than having about 5 thousand home fans in for a league 2 side at home.
Re: Season ticket 2012 thread
absolutely disgusting prices from arsenal
football is so f*cked in this country
