I'd take any of our right backs over the last 15 years over Steinsson.
John O'Kane was the worst player we've had in the last 15 years bar none. And you can include Wayne Burnett in that.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.

Darren Holloway was utter wank. I'd probably rate him in behind those mentioned, though he barely played for us, so bad he was!Lord Kangana wrote:David Lee's Hair wrote:You've obvioulsy got long term memory loss then... Ferguson's a knob. Constantly slated Bolton when he was at Blackburn!! That said, he's a good player.

Have we signed anyone apart from Pratley yet?

I always liked Scott Green myself.

To me Steinsson has the ability, just sometimes lacks the concentration. I remember thinking he was brilliiant after he man marked Gareth Bale for the full 90 when we played Tottenham at home AND got on the score sheet (this is the same gareth bale who had just made a mockery of one of the best right backs in the world)

What a SH*T statement haha a player that once couldn't handle the prem first time round and then come back and got relegated with a team. Better than Holden hope you were joking what a w**k statment!!

Looks like Jay Bothroyd's having a medical at QPR, so sigh with relief / cry with frustration (delete as applicable)

Its not what we really need though, is it? I'd say energy and workrate are high on the list of our priorities, indeed on anyone's priorities in a 4 man midfield in the Prem. You've got to be one hell of a player to not have to be a bit of an athlete in central midfield these days.

153 pages on this thread and 51 on the Gary Cahill saga. 204 pages of repetitive twaddle. Think I'll prick my finger and go into a deep sleep until the season begins - just hop e it's not a handsome prince that wakes me up
