Coyle has been here 18 months and hasn't signed 2 decent fullback or a centre half. He's in for a right winger and striker atm according to oracle. Why the feck isn't he trying to improve this abortion of a defence. It's inexplicable.

Perhaps because he hasn't had the money to strengthen every single area of the team. Maybe he thinks that if we strengthen our attacking options we'll get enough points from winnable home games to make away trips to places like Anfield less important.
