Who would you sign?

Post by plymouth wanderer » Mon Aug 29, 2011 3:32 pm

Right lads

The end of transfer window is nearly upon us

so we need a winger possibly a centre half and a striker (well we need to replace the whole fvcking team)

who would you sign realistically and unrealistic

Realistic
Matty Jarvis (winger)
Nedum Onuoha (CB)
Agbonlahor (Striker)
Yossi Benayoun if we had any change left in the pot quality footballer

now the boring bit

Unrealistic
Messi
Ronaldo
Chiellini

If Eddie Davis was watching on Saturday it'll be somebody from Breightmet Rovers, Daisy Hill or Little Lever unless the don't want to move as far as The Reebok.

With the exception of Onuoha, none of those are remotely 'realistic'.

Jarvis and agbonlahor aren't realistic

assumibg cahill goes happy with onuaha as long as coyle plays him

happy with ngog as a striker signing. if that one isnt happening how about Kalou? No room gor him there.

For the wide man I would be tempted with a bid for Snodgrass; leeds are a selling club. Lallana at Southampton maybe? Struggling to think of any players on fringes of squads who would improve us in this league and i dont have an army of foreign scouts!

I think Agbonlahor is just a tad more realistic than kalou just a little

Agbonlahor i'st as affective at villa as he was

jarvis plays for wolves enough said

Fooking hell another we are completely shite, let's likst a load of players we cant sign anyways, just for the hell of it. Wolves won't let Jarvis go for anything under 12M and certainly not to us. Agbonlahor wouldn't get in our side and wouldn't be interested in trying to either!

Jesus. We've got a decent squad, we need another option up front and a winger probably 2! But we are hardly a disaster.

i bet kalou would cost double what Agbonlahor would cost

it's brilliant i bet most on hear would't of thought we would be able to afford or be within with a shout of signing n'gog,SWP,Tuncay, petrov,Onuoha, wilshere, sturridge, boyata

i would argue that most of them are better for one reason or another than the three i mentioned

but instead we aim for players from southampton leeds etc

thank fvck some of you ain't in charge

Has Sturridge had a look in yet at chelsea? I make him 6th choice behind Anelka, Drogba, Torres, Lukaku and Kalou.
Would be disappointed if we did'nt see if he/ Chelsea had changed their mind.

Nobody needs to tell me that, it's obvious Wolves aren't going to give us one of their best players for a pocketful of change!
