Managed to drag my Wanderers shorts and Movember facial abomination round the streets of Delhi a few Sundays ago. It was the Delhi Half Marathon and it was my first run of any note since "Agony 'ill" on the Canon Slade cross country course more years ago than I care to remember, so was just glad to get round really.

(Am likely to have ballsed up the picture linkage thing)

7am start, so wasn't too hot - it's a cooler part of the year out here as well. Smog is the main problem in the mornings at this time of year. So blowing your nose at the end of the run produces lots of black snot. No photo of that, I'm afraid.

I'm not really on my pc over christmas much...

but specially logged in to say..

it's Boxing Day - and this morning I woke up at about 10:30am - and felt like going for a run... so I did!!!

I did 5K in a pb time of 30:37. I have clearly become completely mental...

never in all my life would I have imagined that I might feel like going for a run on Boxing Day - even if it was a gorgeous sun-drenched morning...

Not quite ready for the Rivi Pike run yet, Chief :D But would've loved a coaching session off of you.
