Today I'm happy about......

Lost five pounds weight on my first week of new diet/exercise regime. Mind you I suppose my lost weekend of Winter Vomiting Bug accounts for most of that. I was vaguely aware of a football match on Saturday afternoon but was losing fluids rapidly through both orifices for much of the morning. Spent the rest of Saturday and most of Sunday in bed and now have the sorest hurling muscles I've ever had. Not been that ill for many years! Happy? Pah!

oooh - I had that last night!! seems to have abated a bit now - I just ate some leftover rice pudding and it hasn't reappeared yet...

We got married in a Marriott Hotel, which meant we got some reward points (wife already earns them through work).. Just looked at the Marriott in Norwich to see about staying over for the match in Feb. We've got enough for a free long weekend with some left over for a couple of bottles of wine!
