Fulham fan here....

Post by fulhamfan1 » Sun Apr 08, 2012 12:41 pm

Hi all,

May i just like to comment on what a disgrace yesterdays visit was.

1. The booing from home fans when ruiz was stretchered off, Nobody booed Muamba, Ruiz has actually broken his metertasal and will be out for up to a year. This was an absoloute disgrace and you should be ashamed, just because you were frustrated, please dont take it out on a player who has now been seriously injured.

2. Our fans coach did get a brick thrown through it after the game, this is unacceptable and you should be really ashamed, it was disgraceful behaviour.

3. Your teams performance was quite frankly awful and before today i would have loved you to stay up but now? Well the behaviour of some of your fans was shameful.

Once again, when you get frustrated dont take it on the other team

Thanks,

Hope to never see you again in the premier league

James

P.S seriously hope Muamba does make a quick and speedy recovery

I look forward to hearing from you.

I suspect whoever lobbed a brick at your coach probably can't read and write, so it's likely to be a wasted effort. :-)

Well somebody did throw a brick, wasn't very nice of them was it? An i what happened to Muamba was dreadful and i really hope he gets better soon, but its not very nice to boo a player who is now going to be out for possibly a year, i can understand fans frustrations just dont take it out on an injured player!!

The coach incident is a disgrace and yes, shameful.

The Ruiz thing was mainly due to his reaction. He got up when you were in possession, then as soon as we got the ball and went on the attack he went back down again to try and get the game stopped. I could see this blatant gamesmanship as it was right in front of me. I couldn't at that time, determine that he'd broken his metartarsal

OK fair point, if he did that then he shouldn't have, pretty pathetic tbh.

Booing players for going down injured has been going on for years and will still go on

i'm sorry the lads out injured i really am but again comparing the 2 incidents r shocking if you watched the bolton spurs game you instantly knew something was serious you know life threnting i am not going to be ashamed of our fans for jeering sorry

the brick however was fvcking shocking and i hope they catch who did it and ban them for life and lock them up for a long time as they are nothing but scum i hope everyone was alright on the coach

and i still quite like your club even tho you beat us

I actually do think it was a bit shit booing Ruiz, but that's my opinion. I didn't, people round me did.

The brick incident, moronic.

Brick-throwers from any club are minority morons who shouldn't be allowed out of doors. Unfortunately, with all their own windows broken at home they need to feed their gibbering lunacy on something. Ask any Bolton fan about the 58 Cup Final return trip through Salford. No decent fan condones bad behaviour of any sort so please don't judge the club by the sub-human, knuckle draggers that football attracts.

I wasn't there but did the drummers do the cheat thing?

Whatever anyone thinks of the drummers they're harmless enough, but that cheat thing is awful. Hearing it is bad enough but it's also encouraging bad behaviour from the kids who might not otherwise be shouting cheat. If they're official BWFC drummers it has to be bad for the club's image. You don't see Owen bellowing "cheat" from the dugout, or in post-match.
The players you fail to sign never lose you any money.

No - I don't think they did.

Pretty certain they did start to do it, but changed their mind.

And I agree, it's cringeworthy.

I didn't boo Ruiz, I don't think it's a particularly good practice. I would however boo our own fans who rather than actually get behind the team after the first went in, which was a complete 'worldy' by Dempsey chose to barrack our team. How the flukey feck do you expect us to try and get back into a game if you p*ss, whinge and moan when an opponent scores?

I'm also not saying that fans should be happy to go a goal behind but show the team some fecking passion
Pfffft.

The only reason some chose to boo him is because he went down, when he saw Fulham had the ball again he got up, they lost it then he went back down.

Cheating.

I didn't boo because I was more concerned with how poor we were in a crucial game.
