Can I come to the breakfast, or do you have to be able to run, at least in theory?
You'd be more than welcome William.

Did another 3K tonight, but have made a schoolboy mistake. I cut some new insoles down to size as per the pattern rather than just try putting them in my trainers first to see how they felt. As a result I spent the last bit of the run in a state of increasing discomfort as the supported-arches in my trainers forced the cut edges of the insoles to rub into the soft flesh in the arches of my feet. They're all red and sore now, and I feel a bit daft.

Get some Sudocrem on 'em and take a couple of Ibuprofen.

Cheers Gaz. Will have to nip round to Morri's. This should be fun - walking up to the checkout looking like I've just been dry-fecked and then plonking Sudocrem on the counter. :?

Obviously the relief of your job situation is helping your training.

Wish I was as fast as Andy Staveley. Not in the same league as 'The Mexican' sadly.
I didn't hang around for the presentation so missed the photos but got my t-shirt - very nice too. I dont know this Dr chap, cant see his name on the 3 day results
You both know Andy 'tache! Ace guy.

Did a trail race in Chorley last night, enjoyed it but still 20 secs away from the PB I set last year. Last weekends yomp over Rivington seems to have taken so much out of me, I couldn't bring myself to do the club hill session tonight.

Any road, more important matters - Saturdays post park run brekky - any ideas where to go/decision made? CAPS not up for it?

Nice one (not CAPS current housing situation obviously). Where abouts in Astley Bridge is it? Before or after Tobbutts/Asda? I imagine GtE and I could get there for 10am :P
