Is he retired now ? Or did he rustle up a new club somehow ?

I honestly don't think I know what his voice is like, unsure if I've ever heard him speak.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Only saw the first half of the show, but he said that he's still training with us. Looking for another club and prepared to drop down a division if need be. Seems a bit on the quiet side. Strange choice of guest imo. Did show some cracking goals, fortunately none of the shots that missed the target by miles were shown. :) Played a clip of his music too.

This makes absolute sense in my opinion. A player that loves the club and actually gives a shit, the latter being something we're missing badly.

Would give the fans a lift, would be cheap, he's there, they can sort out at least one game for him to play in over the international break, he's a living, breathing left-back. What could go wrong?

Worth a gamble on pay as youy play. Did he ever get a game at fullback under coyle? I have a feeling he only ever played in midfield.

However hardly sends the right message to Alonso. If coyle believes left back is alonso's position he should give him a go and move Ricketts inside then at least we'll have some solidity down the middle.

Played once there, away at Swansea. Got sent off.

A left-back would be nice, to get Ricketts back where he is more effective (probably right back but given how shit our centre-half options are, maybe there - despite not buying into the idea he'd be fantastic there because he had a few good games there once in an injury crisis), allowing us to bin off Mears. Whether Ricky is that player any more I have no idea. Going to be competing with Swansea if there any out of contract ones too. It'd be priority number one in the loan market for me.

Alternatively, I'd like to see Riley get a go. I know Alonso and Mears are shit. Riley hasn't had his own chance to join them :D!

It was more than a few games and it looked like a partnership that worked but point taken.Still looks the best option to me. Ricky G might be able to do a job, alonso isnt a full back in my view but I cant see where else coyle would use him. Maybe Riley could do better than mears. Individually and collectively it doesnt look very good no matter how you try to rearrange things.
