Where are you going tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Don't we know someone with an 'in' at the Octagon?

I think it's only fair (seeing as you acted as his carer when I did the Parkrun) that he could, at the very least, affect a backstage pass!
:D

He's already very kindly offered to look into it for me, but I won't get back from Hillsborough in time.

Bruce, I say this as a friend, and I haven't seen the play; you've made the wrong call.
In a world that has decided
That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.

Of this there is no doubt, Prufrock. Especially being as everyone else is out for an al fresco late lunch too.

I won't .... I assure you, I won't.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Not tonight, but on Saturday evening a bunch of us are off to EastZEast in Manny. Really looking forward to it. Not, however, looking forward to Sunday morning after me doubtlessly having fallen off of the waggon and having landed on my head with a big bump! :(

I'm off out to conduct a wedding in lovely Dartmouth.. the groom is an HGV driver - he'll be arriving in a big cab - and whisking his bride off in it afterwards (well - all 200yds to the post wedding pub!) - she's sceptical that in her heels and wedding dress she'll be able to clamber up into the cab! 8)

I have visions of you replicating Benny Hill in the Italian Job.

Is that like a sorbet?
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Not tonight. Now.
Inspired by Abdoulaye's Twin and his non-supply of alcohol, I'm heading down the pub, because I can. I've got the day off work, not back in until Monday, the sun is shining, and life's too short.

Cheers. :pissed:

You're going to the pub and won't be back until Monday? Now that's my kind of weekend!

Haha, if only. I don't think my liver could take the abuse. Had a nice afternoon though, mellowed on four pints of Yella-Belly...

A plethora of songs I've not heard in ages:

"The trainer of insects is crouched on his knees
And frantically looking for runaway fleas"

"Hoo. Ha. Hooo. Ha.
That's the sound of the men working on the chain ga.e.ang
That's the sound of the men working on the chain gang"

"And it burns,burns,burns
the ring of fire
the ring of fire."
That's not a leopard!
