That's the one I've got. But some are just made for phones and don't transfer well onto tabletChrisC wrote:boltonboris wrote:I take it, general, that you plugged it into your computer and it lifted all the apps that were stored from another device? In which case, just delete them from your iPad by holding down the app icon until it wobbles then delete it.
Most phone apps are shit on the ipad anyway.
On iPad 2 they are but much better on the 3 because of the retina display

For now we'll concentrate on Mr Job's legacy.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Marvellous. The Technology thread, Which I hoped would be a broad, Diverse discussion of products available and upcoming has turned into another Apple love affair. I just don't get these Apple products. Do they brainwash you in an Apple store? I've never been in one.

Boom!

That it's going to lose its mind

Mine was the train app. Essential during the daily problems the train company had in running trains! Now it is Google Maps.

Oh & that the hypocritical b'stards use every trick in the book to tie you in once you've crossed the line and entered their vice-like grip ... yet are happy to whinge when anyone does anything even close to their territory. Note the recent change of connection unit as an example of how little they care for their customers.
