Shame for the lad.
Yep, but if it's another strain or pull it's bad news as he seems prone to them. In the end you've got to have a body which is up to it. Ask Joey O'Brien !
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Ricketts gives a way a corner...Fletcher heads over with Lonergan nowhere. Keep steady lad, three minutes now..and Sunderland get yet another corner. Lonergan drops it then we make a break...and Alonso screws one wide. Lonergan...?
jinxed him for the rest of the season now Tango ,

Here we go for part two. No further changes obvious. Lonergan get to clear right off. Petrov has to clear then we get forward. We get a free kick for a handball and...Bramble clears Alonso's header for a corner. Chungy...2-0.....Sordell... :oyea:

Jokes aside I have always hoped Sordell would buck up his ideas and get his head down. No doubt the boy has potential.

this lot are meant to be quite good, better than Villa and co at the bottom of the Premiership anyway. if we play like this every week for the rest of the season we will be fine. we were ruined by an F.A cup game not so long ago could today be a turning point ?

Keeper punched it out and Andrews got it back in to Sordell. Lonergan has to make a really good save from McLain after a quick response. We push up again but it goes to Mingoley. Penatly appeal at our end but ref's having none of it. Now we get a free kick as Ricketts beats Fletcher then gets brought down. Now we're playing better and the midfield are working hard and well. We're still pushing and Mingoley being kept busy.
