What are you eating and drinking tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

You could buy a little pot of Harissa paste and save yourself the hassle...
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.

ahh - basically the same thing? sometimes I like to go back to basics - may not taste better - might even taste worse! - but there is a satisfaction in knowing that (short of growing the ingredients) I made it all from scratch..

If I made a big batch of said paste - would it keep??

If you put a splash of oil over the top and keep it in the fridge it should keep for a bit. Its really the luck of the draw as to what the fresh ingredients do, and what proportions you put them in. I've had pastes like that last for months with no problems, other times they can start growing after a week.

Bought sardines today because they looked really fresh...

They will disappoint because it's not June and I'm not in portugal... But we live in hope...

A few boiled potatoes, asparagus, broccoli. Italian chilled white. Gavi.

I'm playing Mariza atm, so a hint of portugal in the kitchen...

:D

If you're both nonagenarians, then I'm not as shocked as you might presume.

No it's breakfast, dinner and tea. No one has afternoon tea, you have a brew! :)

well again I cannot win I either get made to look a fool every day because I live down south (and trust me I would rather be in Horwich) or I can be made to look afool on here. realistically I end up trying to find a blance between the two which very difficult

Chili con carne, cheese and salad wraps, fecking amazing.

I'm normally not very good at spicy food, but also think chili and curries don't taste right if they have no kick at all, but I nailed it with this one. And by 'I' I mean completely on my own. No help at all. Not even a bit...

And now, Jasmine green tea. It's a revelation.
