Can I just rhetorically ask, how good is mustard?! I mean that american, goes on a hot dog stuff. Mix some of it in with mashed potato, that's my tip for the week.

Is that hot dog mustard actually mustard at all? It's a fecking disgrace.

In the cupboard at all times I have English, Dijon, German and wholegrain mustards.

I was just jesting mate. Goes back to a few posts about menus over doing their descriptions and new crisp flavours. Mature Chedder & Caremalised Onion just Cheese & Onion. Sea Salt and Balsamic vinegar. Etc.

Stout advice, Chef. Good call. My guess is that he's been stood-up midweek and he's got two lumps of steak doing nothing, but yes, taking chances would be foolhardy in the extreme.

Thing is, hot dog mustard, is belting on hot dogs. And only on hot dogs. Not usable for owt else.
