It is page 1 of the IT helpless desk manual Bet you got a nice ticket number in an automated email though. That would have been nice for you...Lost Leopard Spot wrote:D'ya know, first thing they asked me was "Have you tried turning it off?"Abdoulaye's Twin wrote:Get ready to reboot thenLost Leopard Spot wrote:I'm gonna get IT on the case.

I answered this once before (but then the Iranians brought the site down!).Abdoulaye's Twin wrote:It is page 1 of the IT helpless desk manual Bet you got a nice ticket number in an automated email though. I wasn't given a ticket because I couldn't go through official channels otherwise they'd have probably revoked all my rights and not seeing TDs balls would then have been the least of my worries. So, as a personal favour, I went to an individual IT bod who works in the same building. He's fixed my problem, gawd knows how, but it did involve him turning my machine off and then on again! He couldn't do anything about the Iranians though.

I can see it (TD has only ever had one ball to my knowledge) but yesterday it briefly disappeared.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Image Shack must have removed it, I could see it until I cleared my cache.
However I saved it before I cleared my cache so have uploaded it so that you can all see it.
All hail the return of TD's balls!
