Could be a 30" screen and it'd be too small for most parents!

Broke my laptop at the weekend. My own stupid fault. Stood up and managed to drag the power cable with me, leading to a final score of Gravity 1 - 0 Computer. The screen has gone half green (sign of dead pixels I hear?) but more worrying is the fact the bugger won't even start up. It's currently in the menders and should get a call about what's up with it today, though I do think that in the end the ol' thing will be off to join that big LAN party in the sky.

My flatmate lent me his iPad for the weekend by way of substitute. Now, I am very much an anti-Apple man, mainly because 99% of people who use them would get high off the smell of their own flatulence. However, two full days with the iPad and I bloody love it. Amazing bit of kit.

You know it makes sense. Another recruited to the dark side.

Victoria Coren loves an iPad user. Fact.

Hands off indeed. Can't believe Mitchell stole her away from me :'( that man is punching so far above his weight. tsk.

Anyway, forty quid appears to have magically been added to the repairs. Hmm.
