Cant believe the MD is bemoaning the length of ban. Seems to me they learnt nothing from the Evra incident. If they'd immediately condemned his actions and suspended him until the end of the season, they may have been shown some leniency but at least would have kept an ounce of credibility.

Is it not a matter of 'we've already banned him for being a racist, and he hasn't learnt his lesson so we'll ban him for a bit longer' rather than 'biting is worse than racism'? How long would the ban have been if he'd bitten Evra I wonder?
