Who would you prefer to face in the play-offs?

Hull have a better home record than Watford, who (like Allardyce's last promoted team) win more points away than at home - Zola's men average almost 2 goals per game on their travels... and not far shy of that at home, either.
I'd be interested to see whether teams who have had a better away record in a season tend to win more often at a neutral venue. I think we won something like 14 away games the last time we won the playoffs.

There's plenty others. Just mark it read.

You think, or you know? It was indeed 14 wins and 5 draws from our 23 away days (regular-season).

As for the neutral-ground question, it's interesting but far too much research for me at the mo...

One other thing. I was speaking to a Watford fan last night and although he was nervous about today, he pointed out that Cardiff boss Malky Mackay (and a fair few players) are ex-Watford; Mackay has even said that they'll be trying to beat Hull for Watford's sake.

Interesting day...

Brighton to win the play offs for me now based on their home record. That should of been us.
The above post is complete bollox/garbage/nonsense, please point this out to me at any and every occasion possible.

Watford for me.. Not that I give a feck anymore.

Watford are doomed anyway. They have a transfer embargo in place until September. The loan signings will have to leave and nobody can come in until September. The chances are, Watford will start next season with about 12 players.
