They're selling Bale?! Yeah, go on then. I'm quietly confident we will finish above them. I reckon my buttocks are safely staying in my undies for another year! 8)

Spurs will finish above Arsenal IMO. They have signed some quality this summer and have something Arsenal don't.. A quality striker and strength in depth.

Strength in depth - lets discuss that at end of transfer window, at moment I don't disagree but I think wenger will rectify that. As for a striker, again to be discussed when window closes but Giroud has had a cracking start to the season and Spurs are going to be without the man who scored the vast majority of their goals last season. I disagree!

Soldado is a much much better striker than Giroud. I actually think Podolski is your best forward if Wenger plays him down the middle!

Giroud is a shit diver and a top striker.

That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.

Don't forget Flamini could be going back to Arsenal. That should swing the balance. In Spurs favour

Spurs have just completed a deal for Erik Lamela. Major signing for Spurs. Absolute wonderkid. Fee rising to £30 mil. Spurs are not messing about this year.

They long ago spent the Bale cash ... and some.

Over the past 10 years or so they've been probably the 2nd or 3rd biggest spenders in Britain.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Tounge and cheek brucey

Roundabout way of saying Arsenal's shit

Picking up players who nobody wants

It was a shit attempt at humour

Does the Reverend Bish's Almanac & Dictionary of Footballing Terms ©2013 finally allow that Arsenal are in the Champions League, or do we have to wait for the knockout stages?
