Buy a heat diffuser - then it should be ok... Otherwise return it to habitat and buy an Emile Henry tagine...

Cheers, William. Just ordered one for £2 :)

This evening I'll be mostly eating smoked haddock. Bough 3 & 1/2 pounds of it on Saturday for a £10 er. :)

walked out to Berry Head with the missus - then back into Brixham Harbour for some fresh, locally caught crab (in sandwiches) and a pint of beer... yum! 8)

Sausage, chorizo and lentil casserole type thing. Not bad, needed more chilli though.
