Now then, it says on it that it's oven safe, microwave and dishwasher safe, however, it doesn't say anywhere as to whether or not I can use it directly on the hob (glass covered electric). I can't seem to find anything conclusive one way or t'other on the interweb so am wondering if anyone can advise?
if it doesn't say it is safe on the hob - then it isn't...

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Buy a heat diffuser - then it should be ok... Otherwise return it to habitat and buy an Emile Henry tagine...

This evening I'll be mostly eating smoked haddock. Bough 3 & 1/2 pounds of it on Saturday for a £10 er.

walked out to Berry Head with the missus - then back into Brixham Harbour for some fresh, locally caught crab (in sandwiches) and a pint of beer... yum!

I'm going for chicken and chorizo risotto for tea tonight. It's my favourite dish!

Sausage, chorizo and lentil casserole type thing. Not bad, needed more chilli though.

Plate meat pie at the old dear's. Brings back memories of childhood and her regular baking days. Which I have never replicated.

Must be Chorizo Night. I'm having it with crayfish and orzo. Makes a change from fish finger sandwiches.
