Re: Tonight's Football
We played well enough with good effort by everybody. Townsend having a good debut, but still England 0, Royal Mail 0.

For all this talk of 'must win' it's even more so 'mustn't lose'.

Now it's a must win.
For a minute there I thought they'd wasted Townsend's run.

Own goal by Montenegro........
Re: Tonight's Football
4-1 England, bring on Poland on tuesday
Re: Tonight's Football
Townsend was fab. Kyle Walker is a f*cking idiot though. Senseless booking. So much of Townsend's game relies on a fullback outside him I'd be tempted to go with Milner at right-back on Tuesday.

Yeah, but to be fair Holland had 10 shots on target !!Little Green Man wrote:Bogdan let in eight tonight.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

What's with Glenn Johnson, is he injured?Prufrock wrote:Townsend was fab. Kyle Walker is a f*cking idiot though. Senseless booking. So much of Townsend's game relies on a fullback outside him I'd be tempted to go with Milner at right-back on Tuesday.

Yep been out for a few weeks and not ready yet. He's first choice over Walker I think. Not a lot there after those two, given Micah Richards appears to be dead.

I'd never heard of this character. Now he appears to be all over the news. Who is he?Annoyed Grunt wrote:Andros Townsend is having a decent debut.

Re: Tonight's Football
Spurs fans have considered him a world beater to be for several years, there are people who say he could be better than Bale.Bruce Rioja wrote:I'd never heard of this character. Now he appears to be all over the news. Who is he?Annoyed Grunt wrote:Andros Townsend is having a decent debut.
The above post is complete bollox/garbage/nonsense, please point this out to me at any and every occasion possible.

Re: Tonight's Football
Hmm, not yet a single mention on here today of tonight's Poland game. Are we just not all that bothered anymore? I'd like to see us go through, but is it such a big deal if we don't?

Re: Tonight's Football
I'm not even going to bother watching it. That fxcking band will be playing those same fxcking toons; the team will do what all England teams do when they need to win, which is go for the safe draw and hope to nick a goal; and Roy fxcking Hodgson will be doing his best impression of a man lost at sea and not quite drowning.Bruce Rioja wrote:Hmm, not yet a single mention on here today of tonight's Poland game.
