The dirty bastard.

The loft conversion we had 3 years ago is fine. It's the original flashing round the stack (which they didn't touch) which is the problem.

Really sickened by the photo in the Times of the rhino found by tourists wandering hurt with its entire upper face hacked off.
I'd personally happily hack the fecking face off of the c*nts that did that. And all the f*cking Chinese c*nts that use rhino horn powder. Fecking feckers.
That's not a leopard!

Not angry as such, but for not the first time, today I got told I don't look old enough to have twins. Is there some special age you have to be to have twins compared to a singleton?! What a stupid comment. And you get a lot of stupid comments when you have twins.

Nowt to do with twins ... they ARE born more or less at the same time as each other aren't they ? Generally.

I'd imagine it was an attempt at a compliment. Clearly it failed. :|

I work with a couple of heterosexual women in their 40s who are both very attractive and nice people but neither has ever married and they're both single. They both get fed up with folk asking them "Why aren't you married? Are you too fussy?" They've both resorted to replying to that question with "Were you/your partner not fussy then?"

And as soon as you get married its usually "so when are you going to have children then?" And I'm told if you have one at a time the next question is "when are you going to have another?" people assuming that a. you want/can actually have kids and b. if you have one your family isn't complete til you have another.

I'm sure most people mean these things in a harmless way and are just interested but it can get irritating being asked again and again. With the twins I had 'oh, double trouble' 'are they identical?' 'boy and a girl? Well done - family complete' 'are they natural?' 'my best friends brothers postmans dog had twins' and many more. Its nice people are interested but when they were tiny and I was pushing them round the supermarket with both kicking off and you got stopped by the 6th old lady asking the same questions it gets a bit wearing.

It's just people trying to be pleasant. Babies, twins especially, give an "in" to a conversation. So do dogs ... as I'm sure you've noticed. It may get a bit tedious, but try being ignored, being lonely ... as a lot of these old ladies in Supermarkets possibly are. Give 'em a break.

If everyone floated straight past you & ignored your presence and simply looked over the heads of your kids and you'd soon get snotty that you weren't getting any attention.

I know, I said as much and I have been unfailingly polite and chatty to every old dear I have met as I do understand the issues some may be facing (and I promise i'll talk to you if I see you in the supermarket bobo, that's what this is really all about isn't it ;)) but this is the angry thread so I'm focussing on the annoying part of when people are stopping you, asking ridiculous and frankly rude and personal questions.

You're quite right, theres many a time its nice to chat and bore people about the pride and joy that are my children. Just not when they are both screaming in a public place.

Headphones (earphones) that break constantly meaning you need a new pair every three months, or to buy some of those awful full head ones that make you look like a dick. Ah yes, white man in a suit wearing Dr Dre headphoned. Good look.

I probably look like the flying doctor when watching TV, since I have those very things. I can hear in comfort and don't give a damn what I look like or anybody thinks. Trendy headphones...nah..

No problem with them inside TD, that's what they're for. Folk look pissing stupid with them on wandering about though.
